Sample gowns are the gowns hanging in bridal stores that brides try on and then place orders and wait for gowns to arrive months later. After the gown is discontinued samples move to off the rack stores like ours. Most are in perfect condition and other may show minor signs of wear such as a few lose threads or missing buttons. This is a great opportunity for brides to save major bucks and still have their dream dress. Please make sure you've read the full description thoroughly. We do our best to describe each gown to its truest current condition. Please feel free to ask questions before purchasing your dream dress!

Our gowns are rated on a Diamond system to better describe their condition.

💎💎💎💎💎 = Excellent new condition

💎💎💎💎 = Next to new condition, minor flaws such as a few loose beads

💎💎💎 = Good condition, but popular sample gown. Perfect for wanting to save big

💎💎 = Fair condition, could use a little TLC

💎 = Sorry, we don't carry one diamond dresses

All gowns will require signature on delivery. Customers will have 48 hours from delivery to notify last call bridal of any issues and to submit a request to return your purchase. All returns are subject to a $25 restock fee to cover the cost of our shipping and Gowns must be in the same condition as arrival. If Gowns are not in the same condition they are subject to a 25% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns and charge the 25% fee.

In the event a gown is returned smelling of cigarette smoke or animal hair or soiled from trying on in A less than ideal environment we reserve the right to add on a restock fee to return gown to original shipping condition.

Shopping with us is 100% secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. All payments are processed through our secure vendor Shopify.

Gown's ship within 1-2 business days unless we notify you of an unlikely event interfering with shipping.
